MOMODa FOUNDATION launched Skill Development Program

MOMODa FOUNDATION has started Skill Development Program on August 24, 2019 with a
view to develop employees skill and capacity to meet the 21st century’s demand. The first topic of this program was ‘Effective Management Skills’ where the keynote speaker was Mr. Enamul Haque, Executive Director. The title of the 2nd skill development program was ‘SDG and relevance to MOMODa activities’ organized on September 4, 2019, whose keynote speaker was Md. Nayamat Ullah Tasnim, Senior Research Associate. ‘Baseline Study for G2P Project: A Detailed Discussion’ was conducted by Md. Nazmus Saqib, Research Assistant. Then the next topic was ‘Cultural Diversity’ whose speaker was Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, Associate Professor, ULAB. The subsequent skill development program titled ‘Grand Challenge Canada Project Awarded to MOMODa FOUNDATION: An Overview’ was presented by Mr. Enamul Haque, Executive Director. The succeeding topic was ‘Time Management’ which was operated by Mr. Enamul Haque, Executive Director. Sequentially, ‘MDG to SDG: Re-defining of the Goals’ was conducted by Md. Nayamat Ullah Tasnim, Senior Research Associate and ‘Using Less to Make Effective Plots’ titled idea was presented by Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, Associate Professor, ULAB. Usually, this program starts with an opening speech by the Chairperson. After the keynote speech, a general discussion takes place where everyone asks at least one question and gives their feedback. Then the program ends with a vote thanks to and from the keynote speaker. This initiative is very helpful not only for employees’ professional advancement but also for improving personal qualities.
