MOMODa FOUNDATION organized a capacity building workshop for the staff members of the Foundation

In order to strengthen the capacity of the staff members of the organization, MOMODa FONDATION organized a Capacity Building Workshop at the Foundation’s corporate office in Dhaka. The workshop was structured around three focusing issues like Organization and Management skill, skill gap and Strategy to be skilled and Global Media and Digital Footprint. The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Abu Shonchoy of Florida International University (FIU), Dr. ASM Shiahvuddin of Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and Mr. Enamul Haque, Executive Director of MOMODa FONDATION. The workshop provided the participants with skills and techniques to promote themselves into a skilled employee.
